Truthfully, I held a lot of these songs back because I kept thinking they needed the right moment, the right structure, the right partnership… maybe even the right label situation.
But it took me almost six years to make “Love Is All About,” and somewhere in that process I realized I never want to disappear creatively like that again.
Some songs aren’t meant to sit on hard drives waiting for permission to live.
So for a few days, I’m opening the vault.
